Inspect your plants immediately upon receiving them. Take pictures if there are any issues. We will respond with a fair remedy, depending on what is available.
Once received and inspected, it is the grower/customer's job to plant the tree correctly, protect it from rodents and deer, and to properly mulch, water, and care for it. If the tree appears to not leaf out by mid-July, scratch tthe lower bark a bit tot see if there is green. If not, take a picture of the tree and send it with a description in the email and a link to the original order and a fair remedy will be provided if the failure appeared to be in the tree stock and not the care or conditions and the damage was evident within 3 months of planting.
We ship our nursery stock in the united states of America only, but we do not ship to CA, OR, or WA. We ship through UPS and they will send you a tracking number.
For all pre-orders, we collect full payment up front to secure your portion of the nursery inventory. We ship for Spring Orders and Fall Orders only. We do not ship trees in the summer after the last shipping date of June 15th. Fall orders can be placed via email for smaller orders. We focus on the spring orders, but we realize Fall is a superior time to plant trees like apple and hazelnuts, so contact us if you need some.
Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Nursery trees like all trees can be at the whims of weather and nature, and any affected orders will be offered a substitute or repayment.
We love our trees and care from them from seed and we do our best to bring you the healthiest trees with a healthy root structure. Old World Tree farm limits any damages or liability in all circumstances to the original price of the tree or plant or service.
